Sitting area • Living room

Furniture made of solid teak with light gray linen upholstery. It has storage that can be used to display books and small objects, giving extra comfort to this space.

Multifunction table can be used as a dining or pool table

Floor lamp by Philippe Starck rotates 180° and can be used to light the outdoor cocktail area at evening time.

The mirrors (specially made for outside) are used to expand beautiful views of the city.

Second terrace • Chill out area

The solid teak furniture used on both terraces is highly durable for the Singaporean climate, while being extremely comfortable and cosy.

A rustic provence style with a contemporary touch.

Collaboration with Lysaght by Masha Kaya for Tatler Homes Singapore

In this project was used mainly Lysaght roofing material to create entreatment cinema room and roof top area, using neoclassical style combined with industrial touch. Different futures created from Lysaght product, such as : “film” lamps, Ionic columns, Pilasters, Meander mosaic along the wall of the building, shade roofs and many more
